Böhm Josef Kamil

*1828 (Pátek, district Nymburk), †1862 (Prague)

Czech sculptor: he studied in Vienna, in Prague under the supervision of J.Max and and after he finished the statue of St. Wenceslas for the Charles Bridge (1858) he studied in Rome with a financial help of Klar Foundation. After he got ill with a lung disease, he returned to Prague where he died at the age of 34.
